Table Space, the leader in providing enterprise-managed workspace solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ritika Sikand as Executive Director, Strategic Account Management Group, Experience & Growth. Ritika will be responsible for driving Business Excellence and Growth focused on customer delight and company growth. Ritika Sikand brings over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing, both in India and overseas. She has a proven track record of driving business expansion, brand growth, customer experiences, and digital innovation. She is a firm believer in forging partnerships that are strategic and have long term value creation.

Prior to joining Table Space, Sikand had been involved in re-envisioning and revamping the TajSATS brand (a part of the esteemed Tata Group) which led to sustainable brand building and increased business performance. She was a member of the Management Committee with TajSATS, helping the company move towards business excellence with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. She has also been instrumental in creating the new consumer-facing brand of TajSATS, Nekta Food Solutions; a large-scale food services company offering food solutions with a specialised multi-sectoral approach.
