Ahluwalia Contracts Receives Rs 581 Cr Construction Contract From Smartworld

Smartworld Developers announced that its subsidiary, “Etsy Realcon Pvt Ltd”, has awarded a construction contract worth Rs 581 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, a renowned construction, infrastructure, and engineering company, for its new luxury residential project, Smartworld The Edition. Located on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 66, Smartworld the Edition marks Smartworld's entrance into the luxury real estate sector and is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 6000 crore.

Spread over 10+ acres with a saleable area of 3 million sq. ft., this G+43 floor skyscraper will become a landmark in the Gurugram skyline. It boasts an impressive 1 lakh sq. ft. of luxurious amenities, further enhanced by an exclusive 7-star highlife club featuring a rooftop infinity pool. The project consists of three striking twin towers offering over 900 spacious residences, including a mix of 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK units.
