Yugen Infra, is delighted to announce its strategic partnership with International Design Group (IDG), a renowned design firm based in the United Kingdom. This collaboration marks a significant step in Yugen Infra's commitment to delivering exceptional and luxurious living experiences in their upcoming township project in North of Goa.
IDG, with over 45 years of design experience globally, will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic appeal of Yugen Infra's township, particularly in the design of a state-of-the-art golf course and luxurious Golf Residencies. Jon Hunt and Aashish Vaishnava, partners at IDG, bring a wealth of expertise, contributing to Yugen Infra's vision for an unparalleled living experience.
Yugen Infra is dedicated to initiating the project in Mopa, Goa, very soon this year, having acquired 300 acres of land in this forward-looking region known for abundant amenities and seamless inter-state connectivity. The projected total Gross Development Value (GDV) for this ambitious venture is INR 1,000 Cr, with an initial investment of INR 150 Cr earmarked for the first phase. Emphasizing sustainability, Yugen Infra aims to integrate eco-friendly practices and resource-efficient technologies into the development, aligning with the company's commitment to responsible and environmentally conscious urban planning.
