The Wadhwa Group explores business opportunities with the Chinese economy
The Hong Kong Trade Development Council led by James Law of Cybertecture, visited ‘The Capital’ by The Wadhwa Group, an smart structure built through the India-China collaboration. The delegation have a twofold agenda one, to strengthen the India-Chinese relations by exploring business opportunities with Indian conglomerates and second, to study the features of the world’s largest automated car parking system and its green building features meticulously designed by James Law and his team. The capital represents the latest symbiosis of architectural design, technology and the latest advanced materials available to us which is used to create a building that is more imaginative and more powerful than any other building built so far. This 21st century office space has a sky lobby that bathes in natural light offering cafes, bars, gyms, restaurants and other amenities. The intelligent lift system is designed to minimise the travel time contributing to its smart features. “We feel privileged to have this opportunity to showcase The Capital, the pride of our Group to the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. This iconic structure is a result of a long and endearing relation that both our nations share. It is symbolic of the marvellous work that can be created through collaboration. The structure merges both modern architecture and technology to create something innovative, imaginative and green. We truly hope that we continue to grow this relationship over the years to be part of the collaborative efforts being made by India and China to enhance trade relationships between our nations,” Vijay Wadhwa, Chairman, The Wadhwa Group said. James Law, Chairman, CEO and Chief Cybertect, James Law Cybertecture said, “I am extremely delighted to have contributed to developing such a magnificent structure, which has resulted in the Hong Kong Trade Development Council to study its technology. With the innovation of Cybertecture and the unique egg structure, The Capital has resulted to be an extremely eco-friendly building enabled with smart features. We hope to create many structures contributing to changing the skyline of India.”
